We have signed documentation showing that *** gave permission and a signed document showing the pool key #was in fact received by *** ***.*** was the tenant at the time the pool was re-keyed and given permission by her owner to pick up the key.Again we are willing to replace the lost key at a reduced rate of $instead of $100.00.As stated previous;y we take the request for reimbursement of plumbing bill back to the Board of Directors at the next meeting and ask if they are willing to reconsider.We are not allowed to make these decisionsThis is a matter that only the board can decide.Thank You

The Board of Directors already denied the request for reimbursement for plumbing invoice as the complainant scheduled repairs outside of the approved process without board approval.In 2014 new keys were issued to all members/resident when the pool was re-keyed. The complainant agreed to let the key...

be given to her then tenant of the unit. She failed to retrieve the key from tenant when the tenant vacated. The $100.00 is the replacement fee for the lost key as all members/resident were advised at the time.in an effort to help settle, [redacted] was willing to allow the key to be replaced for a $25.00 fee instead of the $100.00.The Board of Directors does not meet again until May 14, 2015. We will be unable to discuss the complaint until then and to determine if they are willing to re-consider the plumbing invoice.

I did review the emails sent to [redacted] & they did not include an agenda and set of minutes.  I sent those to Kent and notified him that there was no Board meeting in December. He is always welcome at the monthly Board meetings to discuss his concerns with the Board of Directors. Sincerely [redacted]AMC

I reject the AMC's response becausehave made numerous request for a pool key from their manager, [redacted]. Her response was that I could only have a key if I paid $100.00. New pool keys were given to HOA members during 2014. I was never notified of the pool keys or given one. I have made another request to the president, [redacted]. He has ignored them. In addition, last December, I had to pay a Armstrong Plumbing $195.00 to clear a clogged drain pipe that was located outside of my unit. My patio was flooding and the service department wouldn't come out to fix it for three weeks. I submitted a bill to Hillsdale Oaks for reimbursement. To date they have not paid it and have not given me any response. I am asking for a pool key free of charge and to be paid for plumbing expenses.

This is a follow up on complaint [redacted]. I had agreed to pay $25.00 for a pool key. A check for the amount was sent to AMC inc. on May 9, 2015. They have never provided me with the pool key as agreed nor have I received any contact from them accounting for it.

Review: HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS TO THE SUBJECT CO. WHICH IS THE MGT CO. 4 THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOC. I LIVE IN.SAID NEIGHBORS HAVE IN OUR SHARED CARPORT, A LARGE PILE OF TRASH, RUBBISH ETC. THAT IS NOT ONLY UNSIGHTLY, BUT A FIRE HAZARD AS WELL. AND A VIOLATION OF OUR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION RULES!I HAVE MADE 4 COMPLAINTS 2 THE SUBJECT MGT CO. GOING BACK TO 2 APR, BUT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING & THE PROBLEM/VIOLATION STILL EXISTS!I CAN FORWARD COPIES OF THE COMPLAINTS 2 U IF U SUPPLY ME W/A EMAIL ADDRESS 2 SEND THEM 2 U OR BY "SNAIL MAIL" IF U'LL SUPPLY ME W/A ADDRESS.Desired Settlement: GET THE VIOLATORS 2 CLEAN UP THEIR MESS & KEEP THE AREA CLEAN. This is in response to your letter of 6/23/2014 and your phone call of 7/3/14. We are in the precess of resolving this issue. Attached you will fined a copies of letters that we sent the owner on March 21, 2013, Dec. 2013 and a letter to bring the owner to a hearing for his failure to correct the situation.
