Review: I have sent in several payments in the last year and havevtried contacting this company to set up an arrangement to pay. I also requested a breakdoen of my bill several times to a [redacted] She never once returned my phone calls or tried to srt up a payment plan like I had requested. I also never received a costs breakdown of the large amount that they are saying I owe from her like I requested. So I finally just started sending in my own payments as I could. I set up a plan with my bank to pay $100 a month. I still never heard from anyone but my payments were being cashed. Then one day I received a letter showing that we needed to fix repairs on our townhouse. I tried to call Malani Davis regarding this but as stated on the letter but as usual only got her voicemail and no return call. My husband and I went ahead and made the repairs anyhow. I then called later to try and get an account breakdown. This time someone named [redacted] answered the phone. I asked her when my last payment was and she informed it was About 3 months ago. I said that's not right. So after research and c ontacting my bank. I found out for a few months for dome reason my payments through my bank were not sent in. However my Oct. 1st pmt sent in through my bank was sent and cashed. [redacted] wasn't able to find my payment and asked me to provide proof. So I faxed over my proof of payment also asking for an account breakdown of what I owed and stated on the pmt proof I was able to pay $100 a month. After faxing proof the pmt had cleared my bank they still needed more proof. I finally had to have my bank call them and provide the check # they sent along with the date they cashed it. [redacted] then told me it was my fault because I didn't send my pmt to them but I did. It seems they forwarded my pmt to a collection company. I didn't know at the time they had sent me to collections as I received no notice from Association Mgmt. They do not seem willing to work with us.Desired Settlement: Would like to work with company to resolve this debt and get it paid!
