Association Management, Incis the managing agent for The [redacted] , IncWe are in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint of [redacted] , [redacted] ***.The [redacted] , Inc., Board of Directors directs the actions of the management companyWe piloose trash on the grounds of the community when requested by the Board of DirectorsThere are several homeowners who pitrash as they walk the communityThis helps reduce their common area maintenance expenses.Trash service is thni the City of IndianapolisWe have instructed Mr [redacted] to contact the City of Indianapolis if he has questions about his trash service or charges for trashWe believe that this is paid for by his taxesThis is not a part of his monthly maintenance fee.The community has rental restrictions and they allow a maximum of rentalsThere are units in the communityCurrently they have rental units, so they are well below their capSeven condomniniiimns have sold in the first six months of this year.We have enclosed a copy of the budget for You will note that the highest expense for this community is water and sewerThis is an expense the Board of Directors and management company cannot controlIt is up to the individual homeowner to control this expense.We are unable to take the trash costs off of Mr [redacted] 's feeas this expense is not paid by his monthly maintenance fee.Mr [redacted] has also asked to be reimbursed for his damaged propertyWe have directed him to the contractor [redacted] , for reimbursementThey have asked for pictures of the damaged items and Mr [redacted] has refused to comply with their request.We hope that this answers Mr [redacted] 's concernsPlease contact our office if you have any additional questions.Sincerely,Association Management, Inc.Michael PF [redacted] , President
