[redacted] responded by phone and left voice message that they had been out at least times to make repairs, believed customer was satisfied when they left Did say that deck was not stained or sealed as they suggested and that the wood is fine He felt that if you have a complaint with the lumber, you may want to contact the supplier of the lumber

Company emailed reply below:This is a customer that is impossible to please.We went above and beyond to fix problems.We sent guys out and when we left all was good. Multiple times.Finally we told them to get a materials list together of what it takes and they did not respond for weeks.To address the boards cupping that they seem to HARP ON!, it is a wood deck and any boards that have a straight grain will bow up if you do not stain them.This is the only customer that we are having this problem with.Im not sure what we need to do to move forward with this issue, but we will not replace boards that are bowed because of not sealing them.I am out of patience  and this is my last response.

Chupp. He also said he would return. As far as his comment regarding stained deck, we were waiting for him to return so we could do it all at the same time. I find it interesting that it took him 60 days to respond which put us into winter so he knew ahead of time that this would prevent us from the proper care it needed. As far as his comment regarding the wood and going back on the lumber company, I find it very funny that he doesn't stand behind a product that he regularly buys.  The lumber company had nothing to do with putting the decking boards upside down, installing the crooked gates or installing the hand rails crooked. I appreciate your time with this matter and hope to resolve this issue sooner than later. Thank you

with the lumber, you may want to contact the supplier of the lumber.
