did not find was any correspondence from the member requesting to cancel the Dental or Vision policies. Since the receipt of your letter we have again reached out to Mrs. [redacted] and provided information on how to cancel her coverage. After giving the member instructions, I have now received two separate requests to cancel coverage; one for the member's personal account and one to stop drafting the business bank account for the employees for Tuscan Slice. With these accounts being closed we do feel that this dispute has now been resolved. Mrs. [redacted] has my direct contact information should she have any other questions. We pride ourselves with responding to our members very quickly, so we do extend our apologies to this member.
