I am rejecting this response because: the first thing I asked the business if DOES MY INSURANCE COVERS MY X-RAY / ULTRASOUND ? The front desk make me wait for sometimes, and she TOLD ME THAT IT IS COVER 100%They lied to me and now they are saying I am responsibleThey say they call my insurance and my insurance covers it They lied that they call my insuranceIn my insurance card it says call, I TOLD THEM TO CALL BEFORE THEY GIVE ME SERVICE, THEY SAY THEY DID AND ITS COVERED WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVEN'T CALL MY INSURANCEI have been lied by this companyNow they are giving me a different answer I need them to resolve their problem as soon as possible

To Whom It May Concern,[redacted] was seen at one of our offices and received an ultrasound study (not an x-ray). Her insurance was verified electronically. The bill was submitted and was processed by [redacted]. [redacted] applied the contractual amount to her deductible. Patients are responsible...
