Hello, I am attempting to respond to a Revdex.com complaint we received via mail, if this is not the proper forum in which to do so please let me know The customer, *** *** (on behalf of her husband *** ***) was issued a full refund on 5/**/per
their requestUnfortunately, the refund was unsuccessful due to a technology issue, and we were not aware of this problem until we received the Revdex.com complaint on 6/**/We promptly called the customer, researched the problem, identified the glitch, and successfully re-issued the refund on that same dayThe customer responded as follows by email: “*** *** *** *** *** *** * *** * *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***” We offered the customer a fully complimentary membership with us as a courtesy for their experience, but they have not responded whether they are interestedThe offer remains open should they decide to take advantage of it Please let us know if further action is necessary to ensure the Revdex.com has recognized this issue as amicably resolved
