Just another update – I was able to issue a refund check to the patient today and I did call him to let him know it would be mailed today , CHC, CANPC

Business states that check #for $was sent to consumer on 3/16/Issue is resolved

I am responding on behalf of Association of Hospital Anesthesiologists regarding the complaint with ID [redacted] Association of Hospital Anesthesiologists (AHA) switched their billing over to us as of January However, the prior billing company continued to collect on the accounts they had billed prior to January 1, dates of service through April 5, Unfortunately, this refund was not taken care of prior to the date they stopped processing work for AHA We only just received multiple files from them within the last week to try to figure out patient balances and process accordingly I am actively working with our IT department to turn these files into an understandable format where we can check the status of MrWill’s account I would anticipate being able to give an update next weekWe do sincerely apologize for the lengthy wait that MrWill has gone through, but the situation was beyond our control and we were at the mercy of another company We will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible [redacted] CHC, CANPC Manager, Medical BillingSchenck SCEast Washington StreetPO Box 1739Appleton, WI 54912-
