Review: We keep receiving a bill that was paid in full on 2/4/14. They have threatened to send to a collection agency. I have received 3 more notices AFTER I paid the bill! The check was deposited into the office bamk account on 2 6 14. I have called so many times that I lost cound and nobody in the billing office has ever answered the phone. I have left messages and never received a return call. I called the office today 4/22/14 and explained the situation and was told I was being transferred, well nobody answered. I called right back and was told once again that someone was going to answer the phone.....nobody answered. I called back a third time and guess what....the answering machine came on. I am tired of dealing with a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL staff and will not be threatened with a collection agency again. This bill was paid in full and you are harrassing me. I tried to take care of this and the office is ignoring my calls.Desired Settlement: Retrain your staff to answer the phone and take care of the issues, not transfer people to a voicemail. Retrain the billing staff to handle payments and credit the accounts properly. Fix my account today.
