3 weeks ago I reported a bee hive by my front door. They sent someone out to spray the bees that did not work I was told they are sending out an exterminator to take care of the hive. I am unable to go out my front door due to the hive, and I now have bees getting in to my garage. I called them and got the same response they will send out an exterminator. I was swarmed by bees and stung several times in the past and am terrified of bees, I have told this to them several times and still no exterminator has been out. When I email or call Association one, all they tell me is they have sent an email to the exterminator. Anyone who may come to my door is at risk of being stung

I've been a homeowner for 17 years and never have I been fined for parking in a regulated parking space provided by the association in Plymouth Farms. There are no rules or regulations stating we cannot park, or use those parking spaces. There is one rule they state, but no mention of not using those spaces during the day. The association provided us with parking stickers to use when in those spaces and on the property and are NOT honoring them, nor notifying homeowners. They have no signage, nor have notified homeowners they cannot park in those areas, yet they are allowing homeowners to still park there and fine them eventually. It's entrapment.

I am being billed while the COVID-19 pandemic is happening and while other homeowners are working from home, the association is fining us because they want to fill their pockets. I will not stand here and be targeted especially when these families are working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have talked and left many voicemails, when I finally got a hold of Tony Pisterzi. He was rude and hung up on my phone call. I have filed a formal complaint with the association and even requested to speak with the board and have not heard from anyone, but still received a bill for the fine. I am in compliance and should not be charged this fine. I want it removed from my account, but no one has reached out. I will take legal action if they do not resolve the issue.

In response to and in regards to the allegations and nature of the complaint and as noted there are rules and regulations that regulate street parking, such were published to all owners, and such rules and regulations are policed as consistent as possible. During these times with COVID the parking issues is a larger issue and violations do prohibit the ease of travel by emergency vehicles through the community streets.

I am rejecting this response because:

There are no rules and regulations stating you cannot park in the specific parking areas and no signage stating you can't use those parking spots during the day. To this day, homeowners are still parking there during the day because they are in and out, just like us. We all run to the grocery store and out for errands. We spoke to the neighbors and they have not been fined, so there is no consistency when enforcing these rules. Why can they park there, but we cannot? It is not fair for all homeowners. The garage and driving pad rule started being enforced this year, but have been in place since 2016. Again, there is no consistency. These parking areas remain open, but the Association has failed to remove them or inform ALL homeowners that due to COVID-19 this has been a big issue. Instead they have allowed homeowners park there and then fine them. Again, no consistency.

Due to COVID-19 we are requesting the refund of $25 back to our account to resolve this issue and request all fines stop for homeowners. Emergency vehicles use public streets where ALL guests can park, so our issue has no effect on their travel.

very hard to get ahold of anyone in charge, they do not keep up with the properties they are paid to take care of.

Sean, I apoligize that you have had some difficulty connecting with our staff in your reported recent attempts. I would look forward to connecting with you however I do not see that you are listed as one of the homeowners in our list of owners for properties managed. Could you provide me with the address associated with your account so that I can look up any open tickets and connect back with you to discuss your concerns.
Very much appreciated and looking forward to resolving issues you may have.
