I Had four payday loans that I got this company to help settle for meI started the program in August I was told it could take up to months to completely settle my debtsMy monthly draft is $My debts were well over I am so happy to report I have paid three off and have one left to settleMy last payment will be in March So it will be months longSo my total cost is going to be $That includes the fees and all for the programI did take out the lifeloc and glad I did as one of the companies before I was able to close my checking account took $from my accountI was able to get a full refund and the debt due to this illegality was considered paid in fullI recommend this companyI see the bad reviews and I almost cancelled out with Assurance after seeing them but I'm so glad that I didn'tIf you follow the agreement and understand how payday loan places work then you will be able to resolve the debts
Great company from start to finishI only had payday loans totaling about $but in less than a year they were both settledThe total cost was about the same, but I stopped having to deal with the phone calls, all the stress, and the overall frustration of trying to figure out how to pay the debt that was growing exponentially with the interestThey were always professional, courteous, re-assuring, and genuinely concerned about helping me with my messTHAT THEY DID!
I am writing on behalf of a Semi Positive review I enrolled in the program and actually finished it Yes, their was a hard sell on the Kit which I many times said NO I do not wantAfter 2-requests to sell it they were Ok with itIts sales I understand I listened closely to the way the program worked and I asked a lot of questions I took notes and let it sink in and it was exactly what it said They take a fee and get a percent of the settlement Thats how they make money The biggest part is that they do not settle any open accounts until cash is fully available to make payment They also do the largest ones first which I feel is backwwards but OK I called a few times to review my accoint and all was going well I will say I had in debt and after they got their cut and fees, it cost me I did not save a ton of cash BUT, the minimum payments I made and none went principle to the accounts got me nowhere If I did not do this debt program I would of been making payments directly and still had to paly the principle
Bottom line the program works if you understand it and listen You do not save a ton unless you factor in you only pay intrest to the creditors and still will have the debt With this they get it to principle It took the Months for me but I did it and the calls ended
Also durring the process the loan people called and tried to get me to stop and pay them I did what the program said and forwarded them on AQfter a few calls it stopped and now they have totally stopped
On the Negative customer service needs to be easier to deal with I hate long holds and I was more successful than others I read cause I knew what to ask and stayed on it All promises they made were executed
This company was great, at first. I paid off my debt on 4 payday loans. They called my lenders etc. They were responding to me via email & phone. I graduated from program. Now a year later ONE of my lenders has put my debt on my credit report thru a collection agency. I am trying to contact them but no one returns msgs after several attempts. I press the option that says if you are a new customer press 2 & a msg comes on that says we are not taking any new clients in your area and hangs up on you.
This is not a good company to deal with, they are not living up to their promise concerning fees and other finance charges. They don't contact your debtor they want you to do their work for what you are paying them for.

I honestly do not recommend that anyone utilize this company to resolve their payday loan debt. The company is very disorganized, they do not communicate anything to the customer you have to call them.The name of the company is assurance, but they are unable to offer the customer assurance that they can help you eliminate your debt. The creditors continue to call and state that they have not heard from this company. Yet the company assurance are telling you that they have negotiated a settlement. There is a question that I have as the consumer .wouldn't that company know if they had negotiated a settlement? Try a different company, negotiate a payment plan with the payday loans. But do not use this company.
