We serviced her roof and she is out of warranty Our warranty only lasted about months We went over there or times to check it out They had a problem with their ventilation when cooking There were many yellow spots on the ceiling, not from the roof, but from a ventilation problem We have had storms in StLouis, but she is totally out of warranty for labor She does have a manufacturer’s warranty for the shingles if they fail
