I can't stress enough to NEVER hire 1st Assurance Home Inspection. I had them inspect a house I bought and they completely missed the mold in the attic. It cost me over $4000 to remediate. So I filed a small claims filing against the owner, Vince [redacted], and won the judgment against him but the guy just won't pay. He paid for a few months and then just completely stopped. This guy is a [redacted] and does not know how to run a business.
