Review: These people took 150 dollars from me. They claim they are a loan company and told me to buy a green money pak and deposit 150 to make sure I was real and interested in a loan. Well once I gave them the info from the card they never answered me again. Now I'm out of 150 dollars. They are big time scammers!!!!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back and notify the people that they are scammers.

Review: I tried taking a loan out because of economical reasons. I've done it before and never had an issue. This particular time I tried taking one out. I was called by many places and decided to go with one cause I didn't remember the one I used its been a long time I had to use this service. I gave my information like usual and even had to pay $150.00 dollars as a security deposit based on the amount I was taking. I have done that before and never had a problem. [redacted] the [redacted] who took care of me to a gentleman from [redacted] stated that they are the ones who have the final say with the loan. I was told that I was red flagged due to a bill on my credit report was told to pay $282.00 to lift the flag temporarily. I told him to forget it I didn't have money to do all of that it was the reason why I was trying to get a loan. I asked [redacted] to refund me my money he said I had to 10 days. I waited the ten days. I called him back and he said I had to wait additional 15 days because it was [redacted] rules. August **, 2014 was when I asked for my refund back that I cancelled the loan. August **, 2014 was when he told me to wait another 15 days. Today is the [redacted] of September 2014 and my refund hasn't been returned to me. I spoke with [redacted] after several attempts to reach him. He picked the phone and said he was going to find out what was going on to give him back a call to let me know what happened. I've yet to hear from him. I've never had a problem with taking loans and procedures. This one is definitely a bad apple from the tree. I want my $150.00 that I worked hard for. Thank you. Hope to resolve this issue...Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I also want people to know about this company that is if they exist. I want this man to pay for his crime cause I know I'm not the first and I won't be his last. His name is [redacted] claims to be a [redacted]. His number is ###-###-####. He'll usually be the first one picking up. Thank you.

Review: On 6/**/2014 I received a phone call from a [redacted] stating I have been approved for a loan upto $5000. He just need to verify my information.. name, address, social and date of birth. I said yes yes yes and yes. He continues to say how much am I looking for and I said $1500 to $2000. Next out his mouth how much can you afford monthly, I state $150 a month.... he says that's great so my payments will be $135 a month for 6 months.. I said ok. After this he asked me to write down all the information... his name [redacted].... loan amount $1500....Assurance Loan Services....[redacted].... email which is not valid....[redacted]..His [redacted]= Phone ###-###-####. Then he transferred me to [redacted] and he verified my information and said since it was almost 8pm his business was closing and that I was to call him at 1230pm and and the loan for $2000 will be in my account 30-40 minutes after we speak. Due to something llike my credit score was under 700 I have to pay/show his company I can afford the loan so I need to put on a greendot money pak paper card The amount of $135 card number to verify by him was [redacted] verified and called the next day stating my social had a red flag and to remove the red flag I need to pay to them $288 on another greendot money pak paper card # [redacted]. So after a brief back and forth call I still had no money in my account and said that the IRS needed $421 to send then money to my account but he was gonna pay that and the IRS called today 7/*/2014 to say they need me to pay the $421 not [redacted].. I am outraged I said I am not sending anymore money either put the $2445 in my account or refund my money of $400 or we will be going to court.. [redacted] calls me at 5pm to say I must pay this to receive the $2445 I said no no more I want my $2445 or the $400 I already spent or we going to court he replies im ready go ahead do this im prepared for this. And Hung up and said have a good daDesired Settlement: I wish to have my 423 refunded back to me in the form of a money gram or a money order or even a check!

Review: On Feb.** I recieved a call from the website a applied for a loan.I spoke to [redacted] she ask me if I was looking for a loan,I said yes she asked for how much,I told her 5000.00.She said ok do u have a pen and piece of paper,I said yes she said write this down,I wrote down [redacted] and his number ###-###-####.She told me to call him after she hung up.So I did.He was a very persuasive individual.Took all my information and told me to hold the line he would b back.He came back and said he would b able to give me the loan,but due to my low credit rate I would have to make a first month payment up front.I said ok.He said he needed me to get a moneypk and put the money on there.So I did that.He called back for the number on the card and he said as soon as they got the money he would go forward on the loan.He got it and then he said he put me on hold to finish the paper work.He came back on the phone and said he sent the money and the bank would b calling me within 1 hr.To verify that it was me getting the money.And when they did for me to tell them it was a personal loan not a business because I would have to pay taxes.I said ok.Got the call and the man wanted [redacted] number,so I gave it to him.got a call back of the bank and he said I needed 600.00 more dollars and I said no if I had this kind of money I wouldnt need a loan.Called back to [redacted] and I told him that I wanted to cancel this loan,I wasnt going to pay more money,he said I already got the money and I told him no the bank said the money was frozen,due to me not paying the 600.00.He was very agrumental and said why did u give him our number,I said I seen nothing wrong with that.I ask to speak to his person in charge that is when [redacted] got on the phone,he said petty much the same as [redacted].I told him I needed him to go to the nearest Western Union to send me my 350.00 back.He said he didnt have 350.00 dollars.Now Iam in a hole and my money hasnt been refunded.My wife has to stop them from her/motherlaw bank acct.Desired Settlement: I would like my 350.00 back and them not to take anything from my mother in law and wife bank account.And to take these kind of people out of business,before they get too many more people.Please help me.......
