I called Doug to replace a toilet in our powder room. He responded to my call immediately and after I explained what I wanted done he quoted a price with several options. After selecting the toilet we wished, Doug arranged to pick it up and scheduled the instillation in a very timing manner. He arrived on time and completed the instillation with no problems. He even agreed to do an additional small job for minimal charge. Doug is a very knowledgeable, personable gentleman, who I am definitely planning to call again in the near future to do additional work. His prices were reasonable and exactly as quoted. A great experience!!
