Assurance Property Claims

We had Rodney A from Assurance Property Claims assist us in getting a new roof on our home after a hail storm back in April, 2020. They filed a claim with our insurance company (Allstate) and we received a partial payment to begin work. I sent the Company a check for $6,326.22 to begin the work. The workers came on 5/23/2020 and completed most of the work. Then one of the guys came back on Memorial Day (5/25/2020) to finish. When they were done and left I noticed that on two of the windows they damaged the flashing around the windows. I called the company and after several attempts to get Rodney out he finally showed up. He attempted to fix it but couldn’t and said he’d send his siding guys to fix it. When nothing happened, I called him again and was told the flashing was back ordered. So we waited and again heard nothing. I called him again and was told that he couldn’t find flashing to match it. So he never ordered anything but lied to us. So after a texting battle back and forth he told me he was going to put a check in the mail for $500 to cover the cost of the flashing and maybe we could get the people that did the siding to do it. I’ve been waiting over a week and no check and he refuses to answer my calls or texts. So now we are stuck with two windows that are damaged. We paid him the remainder of the balance for the roof ($4,369.86) with the understanding that he would come back and complete. I’m at a loss as to what to do to get this completed.
