Don't use Jack's Lawn Service!!!! I was billed three times for the same work, the last bill came months after the work was complete After the third bill, I contacted the office to find out why there was overbilling I was treated with complete disrespect from the lady in the office, and claimed to lie about the service requested when they had no record of why I first called Will never use them again Oh and the repairs they came to make were never repaired properly
After dealing with ***for the past 30+ years Recent dealing have resulted in my being poorly treated when having them provide warranty work on my Troy-Bilt lawnmower I was lied to, treated rudely and just made to feel all around bad In the future I will have to deal with some other company who wants my business

I purchased a home in Monroe in late 2014. I have used Jack's multiple times for landscaping materials, and they have never let me down. They have great compost, great selections of stone and material, and have always been willing to assist me. There have been times where I showed up right around closing, and they always helped me. I also find their prices very reasonable. They're even open on the weekends.
