We have looked into this furtherShe was wanting us to do something she had not paid forWe went by there yesterday and she
has an alarmShe wanted it hooked up to the phone line because she thought she could control it that way but she did not pay for the monitoring which is why it was never hooked up to the phone lineHer warranty was out in December and was cancelled for non payment on 7/30/I believe this customer now understands the situationIt was not that the alarm did not work it was that she was not monitored because she had not paid for itWe put in a code for it and she was happy when we leftI believe everything is fine now
