Worst customer service I have seen in years. He set the time for the appointment. We called after waiting for 3 hours. He took 30 min to call back. He said he would be here in 15 min. An hour later he showed up. The he blamed us because our roof was leaking and we needed quick help. He had an attitude when he showed up. I tried to show him where the leak was . He didnt want to see it. Then said he didnt want the job and left.
