We are very sorry that you had this experience We can appreciate how frustrating this must have been We have investigated this thoroughly and our phone records reflect that our organization, HealthInsurance.net, only called you twice During the first call you spoke briefly with an agent but you mentioned you did not have minutes available to speak with an agent to receive the quote you requested online You asked that we call back which when we called back the 2nd time you requested that we add you to our Do Not Call list We confirmed that on the 2nd attempt we added you to our Do Not Call list The likely cause of additional calls are coming from other agencies calling you to provide a quote Unfortunately you will need to notify each of them to cease calling We apologize for your hassle Sincerely, Michael R***

***, we are sincerely sorry you had a poor experience. Because health insurance is so fragmented, the quote request form can connect you with a network of different agents/agencies so that you are able to understand all of your options, especially outside of Open Enrollment. We
understand this can be overwhelming. We have issued a global suppression and are working hard to ensure you will not receive further interruptions. If you need coverage, and want to shop 100% online, I recommend starting on your state marketplace site http://www.coveredca.com and depending on whether or not you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, because Open Enrollment hasn't started yet, you can also see 100% online options at https://www.ehealthinsurance.com/ and https://www.agilehealthinsurance.com/Thank you for your honest feedback

Hello ***, we are sincerely sorry for any inconveniences and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I can confirm we have added you to our Do Not Call list. I do want to bring to your attention that reported date of the first interaction precedes our
interactions, so you may be dealing with multiple insurance companies and our best advice with any other callers is to answer and ask them to place you on their Do Not Call list. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention

I appreciate your quick response to my issue. While I have not received any further calls from representatives, I am still receiving messages from fake Morgan Freeman. Please stop these as well.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I received nearly 80 calls in the span of 2 weeks. Many of them back to back and each from a uniquely generated phone number to appear as if the call was local. However when u tried to call several of them back after being abruptly disconnect when I was asking to place on the Do Not Call list, each and every one of those number connected me to the same automated message for HealthInsurance.com 
I still have all of the phone numbers that called me on my phone records and can provide them to Revdex.com for verification. This company has the most aggressive and disruptive cold call marketing strategy I have ever experienced in my life. Their statement that they only called twice and then placed me on a do not call list as I requested is a fraudulate statement which I can prove with my phone call records. It is no coincidence that I received so many calls in such a short span of time that all read from the same script and follow the same hang up procedure when I ask not to be solicited. If they didn't call me, then who did? What has HealthInsurance.net done with my contact information? Have they sold it? An investigation is necessary.

The customer offered to provide the numbers she was called from and we would greatly appreciate that.  We are troubled by the customer experience that was delivered and want to get to the bottom of it.  Having those phone numbers will assist our investigation.
