Bad experience with this company. They first attempted to do a backdoor deal with the dealership we purchased our truck from, because they had too many claims. The dealership sent our vehicle to a backdoor garage and worked out a "backdoor deal" with Assurant Vehicle Protection Services with parts ordered from who knows where. When we caught wind of this, we sent our vehicle to a well known garage. Now they are quoting the cost of fixing our truck based on this "worked out back door deal" and won't cover the cost of the parts. We have owned our vehicle over a month now, and haven't been able to drive it without exhaust filling the cab. In total, we spent around 40K.

Our process is to thoroughly assess the merits of each and every claim received and to make a fair and accurate determination of any eligible benefits forthcoming. This process is always facilitated with the intent of awarding benefits to every claimant, as long as all the requirements of coverage are met. We have completed a full and final review under these guidelines - please see below for the assessment of your claim:
Assurant Vehicle Protection Services has offered to send a rebuilt turbo in the amount of $2350.00, labour of 6.6 hours @ $165.00 an hour. if the customer wishes to use the dealer part for $4100.00, we are willing to offer the $2300.00 + shipping costs of $250.00 for a total part amount of $2600.00, labour $1089.00 = $3689.00 less a $90.00 deductible plus taxes towards this amount.
As per the Service Agreement section 4 under CLAIM LIMITS "Replacement parts may be of like kind and/or quality, including serviceable used or reconditioned parts."

has been dealing with Coast To Coast for their whole 15 years in business. They are wonderful, easy to deal with and always pick up the phone to answer any possible questions. Their rates are wonderful and we pass them on to the client.... We include the 1 year warranty because we have confidence in this product. The staff there has been there for over 15 -20 years!! Coast to Coast is an excellent, easy to use warranty company. I found them to be straight forward and hassle free.
Purchased extended warranty through coast to coast auto services. Was told that just like 95% of other aftermarket warranties that if you do not use the warranty through out the entire term length, your entitled to receive 60% money back. I have not used my warranty over the 2 year period, and should be compensated back a partial amount of funds, like every other aftermarket warranty carrier does. I would not reccommend using this company. Its a complete loss if you do not use.
