There is currently no fees on this accountThe only monies owed are scheduled lease payments There were never any fees added for deferment, late fees or decline fees during our processing companies issuesThere were fees added when the new card came back as do not honorThose fees have since been waived as a courtesyWe are not inclined at this time to retract the contract as no error was caused by our company directly and no fee or cost has been imposed on the customerWe again are only requesting that payments for the leased unit that is currently being utilized per our GPS tracking system be paid forUnfortunately our system did have some errors and we have tried to accommodate the customer as much as possibleWe do offer recurring payments as a courtesy to our customers and have informed this customer multiple times that the customers are still responsible for confirming their payments have withdrawn from their accounts

I tried to respond on Revdex.com website but website is having issuesThe reason I changed my debit card was because my account was hackedI spoke to *** and tried to give her my new numbers and she said she wasn't able to take it because of a glitch in there system she also told me don't worry it will b a couple weeks before they figured out the glitch and assured me I wouldn't face late fees or deferment fees cause of thisI say about 1/weeks later I get a call from someone else at assured finance saying I owe weeks of payment I'm going to be charged late and drferment fees I never said I didn't have money to pay I said I wasn't paying weeks at one time after *** told me that wouldn't happen to meSo they spoke to *** and *** gave the ok to not charge me weeks At one timeSo they charged one week and deferred other twoI was sent a release paper in the mail to give new debit card numbers and was to sign and mail or fax back I chose fax seeing it's faster this was over a month agoThere was never a time where there were insufficient funds I will show bank statements of need beI just want a refund of my and void lease and return can because this unfair treatment Regards,

Cust changed payment method right before first payment was due. Because it was so close to the pull time the change did not take for the first payment. When customer was contacted they did not have all the monies owed and deferment was granted.  There was a glitch in the system shortly their...

after. Our company was forced to reload all payment data into the payment processing system manually. Because the customer never filled out a new payment permission form for the new card it was set for the card on file. This did result in a $10 fee which was waved.  Customers most recent payment processed as Do Not Honor by the bank. We do not continue to run payments after this status to make sure that no other fees are accrued.  Customer has been relieved of all fees regardless of cause. Though we offer to pull payments automatically as a courtesy to our customers it is still ultimately our customers responsibility to confirm all payments are received.  We do issue a courtesy phone call, mentioned in the customers statement, should we not hear from them.

I contacted the customer in regards to his complaint. I confirmed with him that all information in regards to his vehicle was disclosed on the contract/documentation in which he signed. A copy of the Agreement will be mailed to the address that he has provided. I explained to him that I would like...

This is in response to the customer complaint originally filed on 9/25/2017. Due to an email issue, notification was not received in regards to the original complaint filed. Upon receipt of the notification today, I am responding to the customers complaint. The customer did contact our office in...

regards to her account not being reported to [redacted]. We did explain to the customer that as a company, we only report to one credit reporting agency, [redacted]. We do not report to [redacted]. It was offered to the customer that we could provide a letter explaining this and/or a letter regarding her account status if this was something that could assist her with her bank requirements. This letter was provided as requested. The company only reports to [redacted] as explained to the customer at the time of her call.Thank you

 I just want all of my paperwork from them I have asked many many times and I have received nothing I don't even know how much money I owe or have paid them again I want all of my paperwork that's all I'm asking for why won't they send it to me

After careful review it is confirmed that the customer, Mr [redacted], did in fact sign a lease to own agreement on October 19, 2015 with Allstar Auto Sales, an affiliate of Assured Vehicle Leasing. This included signing a standard "motor vehicle lease agreement" as well as a "notice and acknowledgment of...

assignment of lease" and multiple other forms that clearly stated Assured Vehicle Leasing LLC and the word "lease" through out.  Assured Vehicle Leasing specializes in helping customers who would not otherwise be able to obtain a standard loan due poor credit rating, in turn building their credit as well as getting the customer into a reasonable car. Lease to own is a way to help the customers avoid a large start up cost. It also covers things like excise tax through out the life of the lease. Mr [redacted] also opted for an extended warranty and [redacted] protection. All of these contributing to his total contract There is absolutely no penalty for paying off the contract early.  This being said we always strive for customer satisfaction and will be glad to help try to find a resolution with this customer.  We have reached out to the customer May 30, 2016 after the first complaint receipt was received and again today June 10, 2016. The customer can reach [redacted] at [redacted] to discuss solutions.

Good Afternoon, On January 26, 2018, We received an email from our customer filing the complaint requesting the main manager call them back. At 9:07am on 1/26/18, I called the customer directly and left a voicemail identifying myself and that I was responding to their request for a manager to...

call back. At this same time, I responded back to the email received with my contact information for them to call or email. I also received notification that day from the Revdex.com about a negative comment that was posted by the same customer. On 1/29/18, I called the customer back and left a second message as well as sent a second email. On 2/2/18, I left a third message and sent a third email in response to the customers request. On 2/7/18, I responded to the negative comment through the Revdex.com stating that I had contacted the customer multiple times by phone and email without response. The information the customer had requested be sent, was sent by certified mail to address on file on this same day 2/7/18. On February 28, 2018, we were contacted by the Revdex.com regarding a complaint that was filed previously without response. Due to an email error, the notification had not been received. However, the complaint filed was by the same individual that had posted the negative comment in which we had previously responded. Since the complaint has been filed and the negative comment was posted, We have made numerous attempts to contact the customer by email and phone. As of today, we still have not received a response from the customer to discuss the concerns that they have. As previously stated, the paperwork that they have requested was mailed to them back on 2/7/18. Unfortunately, without a response, we are unable to discuss options that may be available to them in regards to their lease.
