I spoke to Mr*** this morning to let him know that I had received his complaint We went to his home on October 3, That evening we called the report in and also faxed in the reportI talked to many representatives after that and told them what our opinion was and that
they needed to send out another company because Mr*** did not believe what we told him I have a fax confirmation that First American received our report There was nothing else our company could do, we have completed all that we were required to do at that timeI am sorry for Mr*** inconvenience but this is between him and his warranty company

They were acting as an agent of FAHW and even though I understand that FAHW also deceived them, I still suffered in the aftermath. It was I who had to spend over $[redacted] to replace a failed heat pump system due to them judging it as a lightning strike. Also out of an independent in insurance investigator and  3 other HVAC companies that came out and looked at the unit to give replacement quotes, NONE saw evidence of a lightning strike. I also told their technician I was standing nearby when the heat pump made the noise and saw the flash from underneath as I approached. The weather was clear and calm. During the phone conversation she mentioned possibility of a previous strike that could have precluded the damage. I find that almost impossible as a lightning strike is extreme voltage and tends to destroy what it hits. Only the wires below the compressor had any damage. I have pictures of all components of the heat pump that show no melting or damage except for the compressor wiring. All other HVAC technicians said it appeared the compressor failed/ locked up which burn those wires. I feel sorry for their situation, but they chose to work for FAHW and as such are partly culpable for the fraud and corruption of FAHW.

They were acting as an agent of FAHW and even though I understand that FAHW also deceived them, I still suffered in the aftermath. It was I who had to spend over $5500 to replace a failed heat pump system due to them judging it as a lightning strike.
