Assured DNA & Drug Testing

I first submitted myself and my x husbands as well as my children's DNA on march 27th around 12pmI paid over $to get the court official papers to go along with divorceI revived an email with the results on April 6thHowever today is April 16th and I still have not revived my official paperwork in the mail$is a lot of money to be waiting this longI have also called "Ray" every week since the 27th to ask about the official papers which via phone were promised 2-business days from the visitEach time I am told that I should revive it "this week"I am beyond frustrated
