Assured Real Estate Services

January 31, 2013To whom it may concern, I [redacted] and [redacted] are the owners of a property located at [redacted] TN 38141. We were previously working with Assured Real Estate Services to have a quick sell on this property. While working with this company we had not signed any contracts to rent out our property. In November 2013, I drove by our property and noticed that it was being occupied by unknown tenants. I called [redacted] and asked if he was aware of anyone living in the house. He stated that Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] spoke to him about possible renting out the property to someone that was interested. He stated that he never gave permission nor did he sign any documentation with Assured Real Estate or any Tenants. On January 7, 2013 I called [redacted] the Broker for Assured Real Estate Services and [redacted] to see if they were aware that the property was being occupied and she stated that she was. [redacted] first stated that she installed 5 light fixtures, 8 receptacle plastic wall covers, and an air conditioner unit on the outside. I asked Ms. [redacted] why I was not notified and where was the money that she was collecting for the rent. She then stated she didnt have to do anything in regards to communicating what happens with my home because I vacacted the home.She stated that she was taking the money and paying it to [redacted] of [redacted] towards [redacted] Bankruptcy. I asked her how she was doing that when [redacted] is paying the Bankruptcy through his payroll check. After I caught her in that lie, she said that she was paying it to [redacted] of [redacted] I contacted [redacted] of [redacted] and they stated that they had not received any payments from Assured Real Estate Services. I called [redacted] and then realized that [redacted] and [redacted] woman was stealing from us. Ms. [redacted] stated that [redacted] said that it was ok for them to do this. She also said that she could never get [redacted] on the phone so thats why they signed the paperDesired SettlementRepayment of Tenant deposit as well partial collected rent.
