I did not respond to FamilyView's response because there is nothing to respond to They are blaming the USPS and as far as I understand it, I'll just have to write them a letter or call every time I'm assigned a late notice for them to remove it I was just hoping there was a way that they could take responsibility for their actions, but "apologizing on behalf of USPS" seems to where they stand At any rate, thanks for your help I just wish there was a different internet provider available so that I could switch -B [redacted] L***

Technical supports direct telephone number was left on my voicemail the 6 days I was hospitalized. I was on the cardiac unit and unable to answer calls. The owner has been asked to call him directly. The owner is also technical support.

Unfortunately, there is a known issue with the Seneca Post Office placing our mail in the wrong PO Box and us getting it much later after the other PO Box owner has returned it. This has happened on  numerous occasions and unfortunately, we do not have any control over how often this...

happens. One other time it was a billing system error and EVERYONE was charged late fees and that was removed as soon as we noticed the problem.  I check the PO Box every Monday and checks are processed Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and deposited the following Friday or the following Monday, depending on if I can get out of the office before the bank closes (then it takes 1-2 business days to clear the customer’s account). All checks received before the 11th are processed before the 10th, with no exceptions. All checks received before the 20th are processed on the 19th, with no exceptions. Late fees are accessed at 12:00am on the 20th. Any payments that arrive in our PO Box after the 19th is considered late. With that being said, I did not process payments for FamilyView until mid-2015. Prior to that, it was someone else. Mr. L[redacted] was accessed late fees on the following months and every single late fee has been removed, prior to us receiving a complaint from the Revdex.com. 05/13 – removed 06/03/1309/13 – removed 10/01/1303/15 – removed 04/04/1709/15 – removed 04/04/1710/16 – removed 11/20/1603/17 – removed 04/04/1710/17 – removed 11/10/17 When someone calls in, or writes a letter concerned about a late payment. I take them at face value and remove the late fee, with no questions asked due to the problems we have with the post office. I apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately I do not have any control over receiving the payments late from USPS. I process them the same week they’re received and if the 20th falls mid-week ALL payments are processed before the deadline, without failure from my end. Mr. L[redacted] also mentioned making a payment automatically online. There are several options other that automatic debit. By going to www.mybill.tv or by calling (or texting) the office at 864-885-9115, single monthly payments can be made, by check, without any fees.   Once again, I apologize on behalf of USPS, but I do process all payments within the same week, on the 10th and on the 19th.
