We chose the supernova design which was a very reasonably priced and an attractive design Their shudders are manufactured in Pompano Beach and the turnaround time was great. The installers were on time, very professional, and completed the job in one day. They paid attention to details and picked up after themselves. The office took care of obtaining the permit and the Town of Davie inspection was approved without any issues. Our neighbor is considering buying them also. I live in Wilton Manors, FL (Fort Lauderdale) and had hurricane impact windows installed in my condo on April 26th, 2016 and on April 27th, 2016 I had my inspection. The guys that came out to do the work were courteous, respectful of the property, professional and efficient! I am extremely happy with the outcome and so are a couple of my neighbors who used the same company. I have a couple more neighbors either using this company for impact windows or considering it. It is a daunting task to have all of the windows and doors in our two story house replaced. Our fear was selecting a contractor that might not be professional, competent and attentive to the job. We debated the use of shutters over impact windows, different product types and whether to address the upstairs windows only or to replace all the openings. He was absolutely right! John's crew was efficient, focused, competent and hard working. In three days all 16 openings were completed. It was impressive to watch them work so efficiently and carefully move all items in their way and then clean up each area as it was finished! It was amazing and we are very happy with their product and their work! Our county building permit was approved at the 1st inspection and all the finishing work was completed timely with consideration of our work schedules. Their office staff is very efficient, dependable and helpful also. I am taking a moment to tell how happy I am. From the moment I contacted them I have been well taken care of. I received communication prior to the install. I was provided all the documents needed for my HOA approval. The salesman answered all my questions and explained the product well. Even some extras I ended up seeing as valuable. The job cost was very executable even with the extras. The shutters look and work awesome. I got everything I was promised they would be. The crew who installed were excellent. The work looks great, neat level, done with care to my house. I was impressed that they caulk sealed holes from old missing anchor plugs not covered by new frame. This was not expected and greatly showed professional workmanship. My walls where left in same condition ( flawless) when they completed.
The walk through I was given all the time needed to learn how to open and close the shutters ( showed me useful tricks to make easy) and suggestion to push lock button stored open to make sure cavity does not get dirt or bugs on it.
They were friendly, well mannered, left my grounds free of trash and material.

In November 2015 ASP installed new windows and doors on my entire home. The job was completed earlier than expected and I am thrilled with the quality of work and products used. Keith (the engineer) was clear, professional and great to work with. Flavio and Dario (the installers) were great also. After the first day it was like having friends working on our house. They made the job as painless as possible for us. The finisher was a little sloppy but it didnt take away from the overall quality of the job. I highly recommend Assured Storm Protection.
