DO NOT give them your money The program is not what is explained to you, they conveniently leave out very minor details that completely change the product you are buying I travel a lot and every single thing I tried to do I could do by shopping around myself Within hours of purchase, I KNEW I had bought a "pig in a poke" and called immediately.....I was assured, it was no problem, a credit would be issued, at the MOST within days!!!! Guess what, days later!!!! no credit!!!!

After more research, although the client was charged correctly it appears that our supplier had made an error on the ticketing price and is taking full responsibility They will be issuing the client a refund of the difference she paid and what was ticketed This was in no way our error and our supplier has made good by the client If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me [redacted] Assured Travel

company that provided them with the voucher is 6/4/17.7/17/2017 We received voucher from client (see attached).7/19/We mailed the letter to client requesting they mail in their tax deposit within parameters of the offer days. The deadline was 8/9/2017.8/23/Client called and said she mailed in deposit on 8/14/and was advised that we have not received it. I was given a promotional trip for two to Honolulu for sitting through a Welk Resorts time share presentation (hours turned into 7) The trip was going to be handled by Fasttrack Pomotions, dba FTP Vacations In scheduling the trip, I was required to jump through more hoops than one can imagine, (days before or after any holiday, you depart on a Tuesday and return on a Thursday, etc.) I provided my initial set of dates and my $tax deposit for the trip They skipped right over the dates I provided, and assigned a separate set of dates Luckily, I was able to get through to a representative and was told this fact I otherwise would not have been notified My first trip dates were assigned for April My dates were constantly postponed by Fasttrack Promotions I would have to leave 2-messages that would never be returned In an attempt to confirm/lock in the dates, I was willing to add days and one more flight for my year old granddaughter I was given options with prices and dates (minimum of adding days and starting at $each person) however, when I asked for these options in writing, I was told they were not able to do so – so basically, I would have to make the decision of the amount of days, pricing and dates right then and there I was brushed off repeatedly and given no other option but to allow the dates to be changed They were changed from April to June to August When I called on July 13, to ascertain the status of the August dates, I was informed that once again, the date could not be confirmed and that I would have to reschedule, again, to October or after! At this point, I realized that this company would simply postpone the “free” promotional trip until they wore me down and I would have to cancel During the telephone call, Monica P, the Reservationist, flippantly said that she could just “cancel the trip and refund my deposit.” In the same breath, Monica offers me … for my “trouble and inconvenience”, a voucher for a 2-night stay in Lake Tahoe or Las Vegas Mind you, these were the other two location options offered along with the Honolulu trip I was initially “awarded” for the Welk Resort time share presentation This was said so indifferently, that I could only wonder if it was part of a course of business script by this company At this point it was clear that the trip was not and probably never going to be ‘confirmed’ and I should take this as a lesson learned, get my refund and walk away I advised Monica that they couldn’t even handle scheduling the Honolulu trip, how would they handle scheduling a trip to Lake Tahoe or Las Vegas? I further advised Monica that I had no trust in her company and to just end my refund

have very high taxes and fees. The taxes and fees for her trip to Paris from [redacted] were $1308.00 ($654.10 for 2 people).  The breakdown for taxes and fees are attached.  I have also attached the request form that she had sent in showing she is responsible for all taxes and fees which she had completed herself as well as all paperwork she completed and signed prior to completing her reservation.  The difference in cost between taxes (1308) and what she paid Assured Travel (1370) is due to a request for a specific flight.
I have left Ms. [redacted] a voice mail to contact me to explain all of this to her with no return call.   We have also sent all breakdowns to her via email.   If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Very disappointed. Was promised travel dates to Vegas. I selected 2 dates. One for September and one for October. Didn't get either travel dates. Was told to select dates for January and February and I did that. Now they say those dates are full and would I want to pick March or April. Here we go again. I requested my money back and they agreed to give me 2 hotel stays at my convenience. Now they want me to give them dates up front that I want to use the free hotel stays. Just another ripoff. This company should be banned from doing business in the USA. I am very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time.

If you are considering buying a Holiday Passport vacation from Assured Travel, all I can say is DON'T DO IT. You WILL NOT get the hotel you requested, you will not get the $25 deposit back you have to put down when you request a hotel, and you will not get anyone to call you back.
