The company has refunded the proper amount of funds back into my credit card accountI have verified this information with my bank and I am satisfied with the outcomeThank you very much for your assistance

I ordered a product on line from them.They said that they would e-mail me a receipt with my invoice number on itI never got one.After a week there site on line gave you a option to e-mail them I did.I got no response.Next I called there number several times & got the same recording every time.I left a message after the beep asking for answers and gave them my phone number to call me.Never heard anything back from them of any kind what so ever.Called again today with the same results
