To Whom It May Concern: My name is [redacted] and I work for AST WholesalersOn 3-11­we received a letter from Revdex.com that an [redacted] customer of ours had a complaintWe at AST Wholesalers take all of our customer complaints very seriousBelow you will find the information and email conversations that I and [redacted] had throughout the weeksOn or around 2-15-the customer purchased item # [redacted] from us on ***The coat was shipped out on 2-16-to the customer the USPSOn 2-19-the customer contacted me via email stating that the coat had a rip in itI contacted the customer by phone immediately and offered her a 50% refund for the mistake and she could have the jacket fixedThe customer declined the offer and stated she wanted her money backI emailed the customer that day and return shipping label for the jacket and stated to the customer once I receive the item I will verify our water mark on the item and verify the ripThen once verify that it is our item I send the refund information up to my accounting deptand she is the person to process the refund within hrsof receiving the information from me and this process is only done Mon-Fri, [redacted] was understanding of the situation and agreedI emailed the shipping label to the customer on 2-19-The customer emailed me and stated that she sent it out on Saturday 2-21-I received the jacket on 2-23-but did not open my mail until 2-24-because on Mondays I am very busy with customer shipments because our business is closed on the weekends so we have to get all the orders from fri-mon morning sent out by Mon eve so they do not count against us in ***On Tuesday I opened the package verified that it was our coat and sent the information up to my accounting depton TuesdayI cannot tell when the actual day that the refund was processed from our account to the customer's account but the refund did show up in her account on 3-3-Even though the customer knew that the refund could take up to business days Mon-Fri from what I am counting it only took business days to show up in her accountI am not sure how I could make the procedure go any faster for the customerI am satisfied that the situation was taken care of in a timely manner by AST WholesalersI have attached all the proof that I have for this transaction and if there is anything else you need please feel free to give me a call ###-###-#### or email [redacted] Thanks [redacted]
