Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE This person is NOT a licensed contractor although he presents himself as one Sub standard work I am in the process of hiring licensed professionals to fix all the things that he screwed up - the latest being anything electrical that he touched I had to hire a painter to fix the windows that he painted OPEN They scratched almost every piece of my furniture, got paint on most of it and did not respect our home in any way It took FOREVER to get anything done because they showed up most days at 10:30-11: and only worked till 4:- 4: taking an hour for lunch Join Angie\'s List or something similar and hire a LICENSED professional with references that you can call or visit - I wish I had done that This was a very expensive lesson learned
