whether expressly or written, does not involve and is not related to Aster GraphicsIf any compensation

Review: I bought my laser jet cartridges from the Supplies Guys in which Aster Graphics guarantees if the ink damages any of the machine, they would fix it. My wireless printing was working and my waste tray was only half full when an employee picked up the machine around June of 2013. I was also promised I would get 4 brand new high density cartridges (yellow, blue, red, and black). All the cartridges were leaking and Aster Graphics were provided pictures of the ink that spread all over the inside of my machine. When I got my Brother MFC-9840CDW laser color printer back, I got an error 1403 (hardware malfunction). And the printer only worked long enough to print 50 pages. An error code also showed up that I had to replace all the colored laser cartridges when my printer left with almost full cartridges (3,000 pages for colored cartridges, and 6,000 pages for the black cartridge). The printer also would no longer print wirelessly. I also had to replace the waste tray that holds excess ink from the cartridges. I checked for maintenance by running a report BEFORE it left, and it said the waste tray was half full, yet I got a message saying I had to replace it because it was FULL when I got it back.I had asked the Aster Graphics company several times to provide me a worksheet of what was done to the machine, and they refused to do so. I also called Brother several times to see what the 1403 code was and if they could fix it. They told me each time that the wireless card was not working. In over 20 years, I have NEVER had a wireless card malfunction, as I have had wireless printers for years.[redacted] at the Supplies Guys had been working with Aster Graphics for 6 months and retired in December 2013, and turned my complaint over to [redacted] and he has been absolutely NO help whatsoever. [redacted] said that Aster Graphics only replaced the drum and one ink cartridge. All my cartridges were nearly full when I gave it to Aster Graphics and came back practically empty, as I only got to run 50 pages before the printer told me to replace the cartridges.I have e-mailed [redacted] Duva, Vice President of Marketing of Aster Graphics, a couple of times (who initially came to my house to inspect my Brother 9840CDW), and before [redacted] left for retirement in December of 2013, he had telephoned and e-mailed [redacted] numerous times without a response. It is in frustration now that I need help in getting my machine up and running and to have 4 brand new high density cartridges provided me, and a new network card or whatever else it needs to get it up and running. This has been over a year and my Brother laser printer is still not working.Desired Settlement: Replaced the Brother 9840CDW laser colored printer with equal or better value. This issue was previously discussed with [redacted] Duva when he came to my home to inspect the printer in 2013.
