[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I am rejecting the owner’s offer because I feel he didn’t Fulfill his duty as a dealership to sell a car that was safe to drive he should have been aware of the damage to the vehicle before it was put on the lot to sell. I wonder how he would feel if I had gotten into a accident because of the unknown damage to the vehicle because he chose not to get it car completely checked and repaired before he put in on the lot. I think this is a matter for the court.
