Scott F, manager of [redacted] MI branch, showed an attitude I have never seen before from a bank manager. I go in to help resolve an issue with the bank and one of my customers, I am an Insurance Agency Owner, not only did Scott utterly ignore me, he also turned his back and walked away leaving me in the front lobby in the middle of sentence while he walks in his office and closes his door. I cannot believe the behavior accepted by Old National Bank by their managers. I am appalled at the experience I received and will be sure to let my community members, who are also in the [redacted] area, know of my experience with our local bank.
