Good Afternoon Astoria Park Apartments services our resident work orders as they come in and based on priority [redacted] who resides at Astoria Park at [redacted] has submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com of Indianapolis for some service requests I have attached completed work orders with completion dates regarding the maintenance requests submitted: Ceiling - WO# [redacted] - A work order was called in on 07/31/ for a wall/damaged ceiling due to a water leak from upstairs at 4:pm Our maintenance staff was out and secured the leak and contacted a third party contractor to come and fix the drywall issues This work was completed on 08/06/by [redacted] Painting Outlets - WO # [redacted] - A work order was called in on 07/31/ for Electrical Outlet, Outlet Cover Broken/Missing at 4:28pmOur maintenance staff member was out on 08/01/14, the following day to complete the requested items Door Lock - WO # [redacted] - On 09/08/the complaint was received and the resident was called regarding any open issues and was left a voicemail Maintenance supervisor, [redacted] , inspected the apartment and did not find issues with the electrical outlets and per the complaint changed the patio door lock, added a security bar to the patio door, and replaced an exhaust vent cover in the bathroom (all which previous were not submitted by a work order We have a good track record with our service team and we continue to strive for excellence We hope that Ms [redacted] finds the service requests completed to her liking If there is anything else you need from me, please let me know [redacted] | Property Manager| Astoria Park Apartments Beluga Lane Indianapolis | Indiana P: 317.297.2240|F: 317.297-| [email protected] an AMP Residential, LLC community

I have lived in this apartment complex for little over a month now. I cannot even begin to state how awful this place is. When I moved into the unit it was filthy and had several issues ranging from broken locks on the window, to rotten garbage in the garbage disposal, to 3 A/C vents painted closed. It has taken this long for them to even fix the windows, and that was after I contacted their corporate offices. The assistant manager here is childish, and unhelpful. She stated that the thumb locks on the windows would have to do because she didn't know when the windows could be looked at. I rent a unit on the first floor, alone. I cannot state it enough, I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

Our maintenance staff was out and secured the leak and contacted a third party
contractor to come and fix the drywall issues.  This work was completed on
08/06/14 by [redacted] Painting.
 
2. Outlets - WO # [redacted] - A work order was called in on 07/31/14
for Electrical Outlet, Outlet Cover Broken/Missing at 4:28pm. Our maintenance
staff member was out on 08/01/14, the following day to complete the requested
items.
 
3. Door Lock - WO #[redacted] - On 09/08/14 the complaint was
received and the resident was called regarding any open issues and was left a
voicemail.  Maintenance supervisor, [redacted], inspected the apartment
and did not find issues with the electrical outlets and per the
complaint changed the patio door lock, added a security bar to the patio
door, and replaced an exhaust vent cover in the bathroom (all which previous
were not submitted by a work order.
 
We have a good track record with our service team and we continue
to strive for excellence.  We hope that Ms. [redacted] finds the service
