Do not go to this place unless it is a true emergency I went here for a strep test and they billed me $ I called and questioned why the rather large bill for a minute visit They stated they are a ER facility, but by TX law SB 425, they are suppose to post by January 2, 2016, a prominent notice that states this facility is an emergency room and that the facility charges rates comparable to a hospital emergency room departmentThey have nothing posted and they are even suppose to have this posted on their website They have none of this posted They are a huge rip off!!
Recently came here to Katy ER for a severe back strainThe staff was very nice and saw me very quicklyI was in and out and the attending physician was very attentive to my needsDefinitely will come back here if ever another emergency

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and I have spoken on the phone and exchanged emails multiple times. [redacted] has been more than gracious in attempting to clear this up and for that I commend him. In our discussions it has become apparent that the problem exists more with [redacted] and not [redacted] business. I have since filed a complaint with the [redacted] regarding this issue. While this complaint is pending with the [redacted] had agreed to place his collections on hold.
I have no doubt that in the end [redacted] and I will come to an amicable agreement in the end.
I was very pleased with the care I have recently received at the ER-Katy on Main Street. The staff was very friendly and provided me with excellent care. I also received two phone calls from the doctor to follow up on my well being the next day!

Spoke to patient about billing an advised that we would cancel any accounts that were placed with a collection agency and adjust the balances to insurance allowable. Patient was satisfied with result.
