Review: On Dec. 15, 2014 I ordered via web page a pair of books "SPT Handbook and ITA package" and received the confirmation of charge to my VISA card ( Invoice Number: 1[redacted] / Transaction ID: [redacted]) . The claim in their webpage states fast delivery but almost one month after I have not received my products .

I have written three times to their email adress [redacted] with absolutely no response. I need a) My products and/ or delivery status or b) Money backDesired Settlement: Delivery of order or money back

Review: Ordered their product in mid-June and have yet to recieve anything as of July 23rd. They took my money on June 23rd. Just want my product or my money back. I have tried to contact them via phone and Email with no replies.Desired Settlement: The product or money back.

Review: On 5/10/2014 I purchased an Astra Archery Shot Trainer from AstraArchery.com.On 5/12/2014 my debit card was charged for $59.99, at which time I sent an email, dated 5/13/2014, to [email protected] requesting a tracking number for the shipment. I received no response to this email.At this time I placed 2-3 calls to the contact numbers listed, left messages and received no response.On May 19th I sent another email to [email protected] requesting information regarding the status of my order, I received no response.I then followed up the email with 2-3 more calls to the contact number and received no response.On May 29th I sent a final email to [redacted] (the owner of the company)@ [redacted]@tyler[redacted].com, [email protected], and [email protected]. I have received no response from any of the contact emails.Today before posting this complaint I attempted to call the owner, [redacted], 5 separate times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like either a full refund of $59.99 which I was already charged for or I would like the product I purchased delivered to me.
