Astro City Motel

I went to this establishment on February 21,2020 yes I paid for the room before looking at it and the condition of it so I went to get my refund but they tried to give me another room so I went and looked at that one and it wasn’t any better. I went back to the office and told them that it was okay and I would go somewhere else. He did and told me it would be 3-5 business days before I get it back. The days went by and still no refund so I called them and my card people because they tried to make like it was my card tripping but it wasn’t so I called them back and tried to talk to the manager and a lady go tell me they don’t speak English. I just want my refund and never deal with them again.
