Review: I placed two orders for two separate charts. The first chart I ordered had the incorrect month of birth in which the company explains that I received a confirmation of via email. I did not receive this email at which I explained that I did not. I believe the gentleman that I was communicating with was named [redacted]. [redacted] kept responding that regardless, I would have to place a new order and my money would not be refunded, partially understandable. The second order I never received at all and every time that I emailed them again, I never got a response. I have emailed several times and I feel that it's absolutely unnecessary that I try to make contact even more than once or twice with no response. So far, that's $45 dollars that I've spent with nothing in return as of yet. The orders were placed in June and July of 2013.
