items from their Digital Store. We do sell physical CD games and Xbox live membership cards(like itune card) from us to avoid revealing their credit card information to the Microsoft. This will always avoid renewing the xbox live membership automatically because the Microsoft will not know the customer’s credit card information. But some customers, such as this person, prefer buying the Xbox live or games digitally from the Microsoft Store (Like Apple or Google Apps store) using their credit card. If this happen, any purchased dispute charges arise from the Microsoft store such as Xbox live, apps, games and etc., will have to reso lve between the person and the Microsoft company. This is the frivolous claim brought up by an uneducated person. You should deny this claim for her/his ignorance. For example, the person cannot sue an independent retail store who sold an iphone for every apps, games, musics, movies, and etc. he/she purchased in Apple itune store using his/her credit card.
This person cannot resolve the charges from the Microsoft company. He needs to contact the Microsoft to resolve the issue. This is a common sense. Astro Game was not involve in these dispute charges. Revdex.com should request this person to send the credit card statement to verify this claim.
