Review: I am a mineral collector and Astro Gallery of gems agreed to purchase some mineral specimen in my collection. They issued me a check for $3250.00 for the negotiated value of part of the mineral specimens. However the check was returned from the ban for the reason "insufficient funds" When I informed Astro Gallery of Gems regarding returned check, they asked me to re-deposit the check and then again it was returned for the same reason. Then again they asked me to deposit the returned check and the check was returned. This check was returned twice from the bank and it cost me bank charges of $20.00 each time.Desired Settlement: I wold like Cashier's check from Astro Gallery of gems for the amount of $3250.00 plus the bank charges of $40.00

I am an artisan who had several of my pieces on consignment in this store. After they hadn't sold them after some time, I asked for them to be returned and was told that they were missing. They have refused to compensate me for this loss in any way and have repeatedly ignored my requests to resolve this matter for over a year now.
