I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. However they only fixed the table because I contacted the Revdex.com. They took responsibility of the damage and than didn't want to pay for the repairs. I wanted my furniture returned to me the same way they received it. I do however think that the complaint should be logged so that other people can be aware. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

The customer did not purchase any replacement insurance. On the day of his move, he signed for the free, basic insurance. This covers $0.60 / lbs. / article.  When his items were delivered the table was damaged.  The driver nicely offered to pay for a furniture repair company to fix the...

piece. This goes above and beyond what any driver has to do. I told the customer he could file a claim for the damaged table and he became anrgy because he wanted it fixed for free. I told him based on the free insurance he signed for on the day of the move, our company was not liable to pay for the damages, only $.60 / lbs. for the table.The table was fixed yesterday by a local furniture repair company. Our driver paid for the cost of the repair. The customers are happy with the repair.
