NEVER do a birthday party at this placeThey did not have my reservation when I came in to payThe day of the party they did not have enough space for my party and I had to share a table with another partyI had kids and parents huddled in a tight cramped placeNO place for parents to sitMy poor hostess said they was short handed and I barely saw her as she was running around with other partiesFour of the kids in my party did not get their slice of pizzaLuckily, I bought two pizzas for the parents and was able to feed the kids that did not get their sliceThe party that we had to share a table with didn't get their pizza to the endIt was TOTAL CHAOS!!! The dance room was never opened for out party and the kids were bummed as that was one of the highlights of the partyI complained at the party but the manager told me that he was only there to help and belonged to the Orlando facilityThe manager told me that someone would be calling me in a week to check how the party went and then I can tell them the problems I had and they might give me a free pizza ticketThis is after I just paid $for a headache and frustrationI didn't wait for a call so I called and was told someone would call me backAfter no one called, I called again and was told again to wait for someone to callFinally some lady called me and said she would get to the bottom of it and call me backShe said she would send some skate passes tooNEITHER HAPPENEDNo one called me nor sent me anythingI think their should be a hostess for each party and they should not book as many parties at once or at least with so many kidsThey should also give what you paid for such as pizza and dance roomI had a party at *** and it was soooo much betterI did not have one problem
