On September 10th 2016 my car was towed from my apartment wrongfully when I called Astro Towing to ask them to release my car they stated there was nothing they could do they said that the window sticker that I have placed in my car the first day I moved into my apartment wasn't there which is a total lie then they said they told my car because it was leaking oil which is another lie the one the lady who answered the phone was rude uncooperative and very disrespectful when I ask for a manager's number she stated that she was the manager and what did I want and then when I ask for is the corporate number she hung up in my face
