Their website continues to push sales on you for multiple items/services when you are ordering only oneThey make it almost impossible to order one itemThey keep asking you are you sure or how about if we take 50%off the price on and on when all you want is one itemThen you call their 800# they make it sound like their busy leaving you on hold for minutes then tell you to leave a message their too busy I feel it's very unethical and bad business especially for the older people not to computer savvyI'm and they tricked me from ordering something for $to adding something else for $which I'm awaiting to hear what it isLike I said they keep offering you other services and at the end all u can click is on something that says OK I will take just the basic service???? I found them to be a complete scam I paid for services and products that I have never received, but rest assured the payment went through on my credit card I am absolutely appalled with the whole affair
I have been with Astrology Answers.com since February. Winter was brutal and I was depressed. I had experience with an astrologer years ago and should have known better, but, as I said, I was deeply depressed this past winter.
This web site is the same as all the rest. It offers generic readings that you have to interpret. It is not here to serve you or me, it is here to make money. This web site is more elaborate that most I have seen which might appear to give it more credibility. But in truth it has nothing to offer other than false hope for people who are depressed. And there are plenty of us around these days. If you have too much money they will be glad to help you get rid of some of it. Seems to be their main objective. I'm not saying they are evil. They are just out to make a buck.....from you.
They are constantly trying to get you to purchase more stuff at outrageous prices and if you don't read the fine print you will find yourself involved in a prolonged payment program that you (at least I) were not aware of. I thought I had paid in full, when my credit card came up with a payment a month later to my surprise and dismay.
When you call customer service all representatives are busy ( of course) and one number I called was no longer valid but you can contact them by e-mail. I was informed that I still had 2 more payments to go. I believed I had paid in full.
It is always cause for suspicion when they keep changing their phone numbers.
I realize these are troubled times and a lot of us are looking for guidance. And there a plenty of charlatans who know this. They tip toe on the edge of legitimacy and with a fancy presentation draw in people who truly need help. They helped me get rid of some money so I have less money to worry about. Now I just have to worry about buying food and paying bills. Which is exactly where I started.
Beware. Use your rational mind. Come on, these people know nothing about you so how can they possibly help you? They can't. They offer false hope that perhaps may encourage you to help yourself.
