I brought my [redacted] dehumidifier into this company to have it repaired by them as they are appliance repair co. Everytime I talked with them the price changed about repairing this unit. The switch which I knew needed to be repaired they said cost $86.00 which was much higher than everyone else quoted. They charged all of these fees - And when totalled up was in excess of $165.00. They were by far the highest cost in the [redacted] area. When I called to say that I would like to pick up my unit they said that I could do this. I went to pick up this unit on Saturday July 21 - (I asked the man at their shop politely, if I could take my unit and he said sure go ahead). The following Tuesday I received a nasty phone call from their office manager saying that I owed them their inservice charge even though I asked their employee if it was okay to retrieve my unit and that I was being sent to collections, even though they have performed no work on my unit and I had authorization to pick it up. (Very poor performance on this companies part).
