[redacted] applied online which immediately pulls credit and a criminal check. When we got the records back the form states "possible new record for SSN as submitted" and "NO CREDITORS DEVELOPED" and "NO EMPLOYERS DEVELOPED" To have a qualified tenant one must make 3 times the rental amount. In this case the rental amount was $1600. This tenant could not prove the proper income.
