We sincerely apologize that it appears the compliance team was not notified of any calls made to Asurint before May 3, 2016. We will confirm our procedures companywide to ensure unfortunate situations like this do not occur again when individuals are contacting Asurint to file
disputes.The dispute that is in process is experiencing unusual delays due to challenges contacting the original reporting court. Communication with the *** *** ** *** *** (***), which is the entity that maintains the court case management database which contains all Kentucky court records, has confirmed the record in question is accurate as reported to their systemDue to the claims in the dispute that the information is not correct, we are attempting to contact the court directly to obtain additional information that may assist in updating the case information if there was a change in the charges not currently reflected in the record sent to the ***. This dispute has been escalated and we will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the disputeIf you have any additional information, such as final court documents reflecting the outcome of your case, please advise.
