Hello, we send technician to service GE dishwasher , upon arrival customer stating unit is not properly drying dishes Technician run multiple test and found no mechanical failures or any error codes with in dishwasher We advise customer to use Rinse Aid or Jet Dry to that will help with drying dishes quicker and more efficient

We found NO MECHANICAL failures at the time of service , dishwasher works as design Instruct the customer on the usage of Jet Dry or Rinse Aid

failureAfter parts installation washer work properly and tested OK Mr *** paid us total of $and signed invoiceFew days latter we receive phone call from Mr *** stating that he is washer is not operating properly.We advise Mr *** that will be sending technician back to diagnose the issue/ failure with unitMr *** refuse same technician to go back to his property .To honer the warranty and accommodate Mr *** we agree to send a different technician Hours latter we receive phone call from Mr*** stating that he wants to cancel appointment with our company and he wants his money back for the repair and service we providedIt was Mr *** decision not to proceed with service appointment At this point we don't know if there is any issues with the washer at all,sense Mr *** declined our service Mr *** also went on social media and wrote absolutely untruthful reviewsWe always stand by our work , We do provide days warranty on parts and labor so our costumers have piece of mind after service performed We would love to come back and re diagnose the issue with the unit under warranty that we provide

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is reopening and regards to complaint #[redacted]. In short: Bay Appliance Repair was called to fix the dishwasher under warranty. The technician comes and walks out. Any repair service not provided but very unpleasant experience. Dishwasher still not work properly. In details: I call them for the warranty service repair of the GE dishwasher directed from GE customer support. The dishwasher does not dry plates. The first appointment scheduled through GE phone system to the Monday 09/12/2016. Nobody visits or even call. After my call to Bay Appliances, they request additional information about the receipt. I provide it via email. Next, visit scheduled on Friday 09/16/2016 as closest time available. Serviceman comes around 11 am. I clearly explain the problem and demonstrate it. Water completely covered plates in the dishwasher after a full cycle. Steam was not going out. Plates just little warm and water everywhere inside. He starts heater for a few seconds, the turn it off, touches the heater by hand and claiming that he not able to fix it and does not see any problem with wet plates. I explain to him that the previous dishwasher was the same, and it dries well. Just replaced to the exact model. Very politely he was asked to do something and diagnose the issue, like running full drying cycle. He told that he busy and have no time for any further diagnostics. It looks like he does not familiar with the dishwasher and not able to identify failing parts. He very rudely refuses to provide any paperwork and even his name and just walks out. This is unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional service. At the end: my dishwasher not fixed and I just lost two days for nothing. After discussing with GE, they told me that only BAR warranty repair company in my area. respond from business we send technician to service GE dishwasher , upon arrival customer stating unit is not properly drying dishes . Technician DO NOT perform _any_ tests at all. Literally - no tests - only take a look what I show him. Do not check any codes from dishwasher (device do not provide any error code information by design). Any advice uses another chemical is not a fix. I call to repair the hardware problem. The dishwasher should work without any additional chemicals and perform full drying cycle. As my understanding technician incompetent and ignorant. The problem still exists, and I work with GE to fix it.
Send another more qualified technician and fix the dishwasher. Apologies will be a good addition too. Sincerely,[redacted]

 It was _no_ tests or any diagnostics performed by the technician. So they can not verify that it has any mechanical problems. The unit still has a problem and defective and problem very clear identificated.Any recommendation to use any chemicals,  that not directly _required_ by device technical manual and instruction manual and be the necessary part of it functionality is incorrect and can not be accepted.
