AT GSM Inc.

I bought a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy S5 last year and in under a year of use the phone completely stopped working. It was not a warranty issue because nothing external happened to the phone - it just completely malfunctioned and went dead. I tried numerous times contacting ATGSM for help with this matter since the phone was $500 and for that price it should work for at least 2 years. ATGSM was of no assistance, not even returning my email in which I inquired about the origin of the phone so that Samsung from that specified country could fix it for me. This has been going on since February and it is now May and I still have this problem. When I called ATGSM all the lady could do was tell me that I should "expect" this from technology and that I should find a repair shop and that there is nothing they can do to help me. Nothing? Really I guess they don't care about customers! They just completely washed their hands of this problem when what they should have done was find the country of origin for me and ask Samsung from that country to fix it for me since this was obviously a faulty device. I will never buy from this company again.

Review: I purchase a device on [redacted] which was later discovered it was sold by At Gsm and not [redacted]. Now the item was purchased on February **,2015 was an unlock [redacted]A5. Now I contacted the seller At Gsm around March ** to complain about some issues the phone was having I was told that would help me with the return exchange policy since I pass the refund period. At this point I could only get an exchange I said fine no problem. I waited a couple of days on the ** of March I contacted both [redacted] and At gsm because at this point my phone just stopped completely working and ih haven hears from At Gsm now when I finally heard back from them they said I was not covered under their warrant nowi had to contact the manufacture in this case its [redacted]i was really upset because I have an email in writing saying I was gong to be provided with an exchange. In the meantime I contacted the manufacture which is [redacted] and was told they could not help me because the phone I purchased was a international phone meaning it belonged to another country not the USA now when I originally purchased the phone no where did it say it was an international phone nowi really need your help because this company doesn't want to help me resolve my issue and I'm a phone And $400.Desired Settlement: $409.00

Review: I purchased the SONY Xperia Z1 Compact 4G LTE D5503 IP58 20MP White 16GB on * April 2014 order number [redacted]. The Phone arrived on * April 2014, I was traveling the next day under military orders to Millington Tennessee. The next day I've noticed the smartphone Wi-Fi signal was dropping off on its own, reset Wi-Fi connection, use different Wi-Fi network, along with the sound of the touch keys. I immediately notified Sony Xperia support, they had me reset the phone using PC companion and the phone reset (Sony Xperia Contact Center, Service Request: [redacted]) after about 10 days of going back and fourth with Sony Xperia support, they then elevated my issue, and advised me that since the phone was manufactured in the UAE, their is no support at this time to evaluate and repair or replaced my phone. The next step was to contact the retailer where I purchased the phone. I did that and was told that they would talked with the [redacted] and call me back, that call never came. I then called and asked on the status, and was told that they would not replace the defective phone, and to sent it to Sony. I explain to them that I've been dealing with Sony for 10 days and no [redacted]. and that I can provide proof that the phones had issue since day two.Desired Settlement: The business claims that I did not called them to notify them of the issue, but as I mentioned before, I was on travel under military orders and was trying to get it resolved with Sony, I have emails and service request numbers that proof of the issue on the next day, based on the facts they should replace the phone.

Review: I bought a Samsung Galaxy Gear watch from them listed as new and unopened. I opened the box and there was an adapter in it because the watch was not made for use in America. The product box had been previously opened, there were no seals and fingerprints were all over everything and it was dirty. The inside cardboard of the product box had kinks proving that it had been tampered with. The watch turned itself on when the box opened and it was in a foreign language ([redacted]?). I put in a request to return it, and in the mean time bought one at a local store. That box was sealed and looked very different from the one they sent (there wasn't even a copyright on the one they sent). I fully believe they sent me a counterfeit. I called the seller and the woman was very rude and argumentative, she refused to pay for return shipping and hung up on me. She told [redacted] that "it didn't meet my expectations."Desired Settlement: They need to accept the merchandise back with a full refund and refund shipping and handling.
